This chair has been professionally restored and matches victorian couch also found in our listings.  It is covered with a dark sage green crushed velvet fabric correct for the period it was made.  Manufactured by Fulmer Bros. furniture in Chicago, IL.  

It has the original feather cushion seat.  The chair is 30" deep, the wingback is 29 1/2" wide and 45 1/2" high.
